What do I need to quote your website project?

The best thing that you could get together for me is an outline. Start by writing down all the things that you want your website to do or have and then start organizing them into pages. Try to keep like things together (maybe you offer 3 services, put them all on 1 page and then if you need to elaborate we would have a separate description page for each). Once you have you content organized (don't worry, this is just a rough draft. We'll work on it together later) then write down other important information.

About how many photos do you want to use? Do you already have them in a digital form or will they need to be scanned & touched up?

Do you need forms for you customers/clients to download & print? How many and what format are the going to be supplied in? These are wonderful for those types of businesses where upon arrival a new client is handed a form to fill out. Why not let them do that before they come in and bring it with them?

Some basics for every company website:

  • Home page (eye catching, makes you want to look deeper)
  • Contact page (if they can't contact you then what's the purpose?)
  • About us (who are you and what do you do?)
  • Services (what are you trying to sell?)

This info can be mailed or emailed to me, or if you are in the Albany, New York or Pittsfield, Massachusetts area, I'll be happy to sit down and discuss it with you.
